516 American Kitchen & Bar is helping send Syosset varsity cheerleaders to the UCA National Cheerleading Competition. 10% of Tuesday's profits will go to financing the February trip to Orlando.

"I think it's really really nice…that 516 was kind enough to help us with this," said Maria Ditizio, head of the fundraiser and mother of one of the cheerleaders.

"The girls made it to Nationals, but some families need help, so we're raising money for everyone," said Ditizio.

516 American Bar & Grill will donate 10% of profits today when customers either present a flyer or mention the cheerleaders. Customers who participate will also be entered into raffles for prize baskets. Winners will be chosen and contacted after the fundraiser ends.
