Oh My Girls! may be new to the Syosset community but it is already making an impact on girls all over Long Island. Founder and President Lisa Rosen created OMG! so girls of all ages could have a friendly and parent-free environment to just be themselves.

OMG also teaches girls the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which is why on any given day there is a chef teaching girls how to make healthy and tasty meals, and fitness instructors conducting classes like zumba, yoga, pilates and more.

OMG also offers weekend workshops where the girls can invite their parents to watch and participate in all the fun OMG has to offer.
