Bounce! Offers A Variety of New Sports Activities Less than Two Months After Opening. 

Bounce! Trampoline Sports at 310 Michael Drive in Syosset opened its doors less than two months ago and already there are a multitude of special events planned for the coming weeks.

VOLLEYBALL - Bounce! has just installed a spectacular multi-colored professional volleyball court expanding the already amazing sports offerings at the facility. Entry to Bounce! also gets you on the volleyball court for games that rotate every 15 minutes depending upon the number of players.

GYMNASTICS DEMONSTRATION - On November 2nd the athletes and gymnasts of 5 Star Sports Academy will put on a special demonstration at Bounce! highlighting their gymnastics capabilities as well as their Martial Arts and Parkour expertise. Parkour is the art of moving over, through, under, or around obstacles, utilizing the natural movements of the human body with freestyle and gymnastics techniques. The program will run from 7:30 pm until 8:30 pm at Bounce! There is no charge to watch the demonstration.

COLLEGE NIGHTS - Bounce! is introducing College Nights on Wednesdays at 7pm. Dubbed Wild Wednesdays -- these special evenings will be open to students at area colleges who will pay a reduced entry price when they show their college ID. Wild Wednesdays will begin on November 6th and will run indefinitely except for November 27th.

FITNESS CLASSES - Bounce! will host a free Trampoline Fitness Sneak Preview on November 14thhighlighting the various unique classes to be offered including Trampoline Aerobics, Bounce! Boom – a fun twist on the popular Zumba fitness craze -- Bounce! Boot Camp, and Aerial Acrobatics (as seen at Cirque du Soleil) where participants will combine flying, dancing and gymnastics, and Bounce X-Tream – a combination of Pilates, dance, and cardio workout. There is no charge to attend the session which will run from 9:45 am – 11:45 am. 

SINGLES NIGHT - On Monday December 9th, Stephanie O of the Stephanie Show will host a unique singles night at Bounce! It will be an adult night for jumping, volleyball, slam dunk basketball and dodgeball and then some food and social networking. Singles looking for a healthy fun activity can sign up by calling Stephanie at 516-971-2041. The evening will run from 7:30 pm until 10:30 pm and entry fee is $25.00.

Bounce! Syosset is the second location for Bounce! Trampoline Sports. The unique Long Island based complex has several trampoline courts providing open jump time, slam dunk basketball, dodgeball games and the first ever indoor trampoline bungee jump as well as a regulation volleyball court. They offer private party rooms for birthdays and corporate team building, a snack bar, a Wi-Fi lounge with several large HDTVs and closed circuit monitoring of the athletic courts. They can accommodate large groups of up to 350 people and can host everything from corporate functions to Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. There is also a separate Bounce! Jr. Zone where kids ages 6 and under can bounce on their own trampolines and jump into separate foam pits. Bounce! has been built from start to finish to exceed all ASTM International Standards of safety.
