Gasoline Price Gouging

I am writting this just to get it off my chest. Today the odd/even policy to get gas went in to effect, My car being odd number I went on line at the Shell gas station on 7 Jackson Ave. My turn came and I pulled in to a pump and inserted my credit card. It asked how much and I entered $50.00, figuring I would get about 12 Gallons at the credit card price of 4.19. When the pump stopped at 10.64 gallons, I realized that the price on my pump was different than all the others. I went to the window for a receipt and asked how much was the price. From behind the glass he circled my receipt and it was $4.69. When I asked why, he said I was at the Full Service pump. I said I didn't realize that and in any event I pumped my own gas and there was no sign that I was being charged 40 cents per gallon more even if I pumped my own gas. He just shrugged his shoulders. This gas station is always the highest around our town. They always have a difference between 8 to 10 cents between cash and credit. NOT FRIENDLY at all. Hess station at Jericho and Underhill is always cheaper, same price for cash or credit card. I plan on filing a report for price gouging.
