Boutique real estate agency , located in Syosset, is proud to welcome Monica Davie as its newest licensed real estate agent.
Homes By Mara President Mara Navaretta is delighted to have Davie as a member of her agency.

Prior to venturing into real estate, Davie spent 10 years as a legal secretary for the law firm, Milgrim, Thomajan, Jacobs & Lee, in New York City where she worked in the field of real estate law before going on sabbatical to concentrate on raising her two children, Matthew and Jessica.
Her passion for her children evolved into a passion for the Syosset community she lives in. As a resident, she became heavily involved in the Syosset school community, serving as an active PTA member for and Davie decided to move into the real estate arena after her children enrolled in college, a decision that she says came naturally after having watched her mother build her own successful realty in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
“In growing up, I was always fascinated by my mother’s work in real estate,” Davie explained. “I was always inspired by her commitment in helping the residents of Greenpoint, Brooklyn uncover their dream homes and amazed by the contributions she made to building the Greenpoint Brooklyn community through her work in assisting people with the buying, selling or renting out of their homes."
Before teaming with Homes By Mara, Davie worked as a licensed real estate agent with Prudential Real Estate in East Norwich, NY. She says that Homes By Mara’s boutique atmosphere is what prompted her to switch companies.
“In working with a sophisticated, boutique operation, I am able to provide my clients with more individualized and personalized attention,” she explained. “Unlike agents in corporate agencies, I am not restricted by burdensome corporate policies and protocols, which means I am able to deliver my expertise and services in a more direct and hands-on manner.”
