Let it snow!
A wet, wintery snow is creating a wintery blanket over Syosset Tuesday. Roads are clear, but beware of dangerous ice as temperatures drop this evening.
Forecasters predict snowfall accumulations from 3 - 5 inches. The snow is predicted to taper off around 4 p.m., in time for the evening rush. Temperatures will drop to a low of 22 tonight with wind gusts as high as 26 MPH. Drivers are warned to be careful as the snow "will create icy and hazardous travel conditions."
Have pictures of the snow? Share them on our Syosset Patch Snapshots Blog. We hope to feature them on Patch later today.
