Annual Work/Life Balance Conference in Woodbury

Conference will feature nationally-recognized experts in human resources, employment law, parenting, eldercare and work/life integration.

Aimed at helping companies boost their bottom lines, this year's annual Work/Life Conference hosted by the National Association of Mothers Centers (NAMC) will explore strategies designed to equip companies with creative solutions to help them maximize their most valuable resource: their employees.

The 18th annual Work/Life conference, scheduled for Friday, Nov. 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. will be held at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.

One of the region's most high profile forums for employers and employees to share innovative solutions dealing with the challenges facing today's corporate management and workforce, the conference will feature nationally-recognized experts in human resources, employment law, parenting, eldercare and work/life integration. Topics will include balancing the responsibilities of both work and family, parenting and how to create and implement innovative work/life policies.

In addition, participants will also learn how flexibility, dedication and persistence help corporate leaders succeed in both their personal and professional lives.

Featured speakers include Domenique Camacho Moran, a partner at Farrell Fritz PC and Judy Martin, founder of WorkLifeNation.com who will respectively discuss how to Educate Your Workforce to Boost Your Bottom Line and Managing Stress in a Real-time World. 

The conference is set to feature a series of workshops designed to provide attendees with invaluable information that will provide them and their organizations with fresh new, innovative ideas.
