Bright Holiday Nights on Beatrice Avenue

Bright nights, bright lights on Beatrice Street!

This home is nominated for in Syosset and is our eighth house so far! 

"We have over 150 lighted decorations, mostly plastic blow molds," said Christina, who said she co-decorated the home with her husband Doug.

"We store them all in the attic of our garage and it is a big family event to bring them down and display them," she said. "Our children are five and seven and they enjoy helping my husband arrange them each year.  My husband spends hours upon hours hooking up the extension cords and timers to have them lit for the neighborhood."

It sounds and looks like a lot of work went into this house, but it sure paid off. 

Please Note: We have finished taking submissions for Holiday Lights - On Tuesday night, we announced the winner for Syosset - - but Syosset Patch posted this house on Beatrice Ave. and will post two more houses Thursday and Friday that we think are awesome, anyway!
