Expo to Feature Healthy Lifestyle Experts

Mind, Body, Spirit program scheduled for Wednesday.

xAn expo scheduled for Wednesday will feature experts talking about stress and health issues.

The Mind, Body, Spirit program at Carlyle on the Green in Farmingdale will benefit the Maurer Foundation, which promotes breast health education.

Health and wellness expert Donna Martini will serve as master of ceremonies.
Speakers, such as Soke Joseph Droual, a Huntington area martial arts trainer, Dr. Neeta Minal Shah, an internist,  Kelli Roberts, a vegan chef, Marianne LiBretto, a mental health and wellness expert,and the Ghada Girls, a bellydancing troupe.

More than 60 vendors and exhibitors will be on hand.
Among the topics to be covered are:
• Holistic Health 
• Personal Growth 
• Natural Weight Loss 
• Nutrition 
• Hot Yoga 
• Massage 
• Spirituality 
• Meditation 
• Psychics 
• Reiki & Tai Chi
• Aromatherapy

The expo invites people to "Come learn how to address the negative impact that stress is having on your life and regain your health, energy and clarity, and experience nourishment of your mind, body and spirit."
Tickets, at $20, can be ordered online or at several Long Island businesses.

The program begins at 5 p.m. and runs until 9 p.m.
