Funeral Services for John Lee Monday

Funeral services have been set for 18-year-old Jonghun "John" Lee of Syosset.

Memorial services will be held at Beney Funeral Home in Syosset Monday from 6-9 p.m.

A service will also be held Monday at about 8 p.m.

The Syosset High School senior was tragically killed Monday night after he was struck by an oncoming train near Robbins Lane in Syosset.

After Lee was identified as the victim of the Monday night accident, a wave of messages of grief and condolences hit the Internet.

Lee is being remembered by friends as a funny and fun-loving person who could bring a smile to anyone's face.

As of Wednesday, MTA Police say the circumstances surrounding Lee's death are still under investigation.
