Get Out: Weekend Guide to Syosset, April 22-24

Here's what's going on this weekend.

As the week comes to a close with Passover celebrations and the upcoming Easter weekend, there are events for people of all faiths to get out.

There’s an Easter Dawn Service on Jones Beach, and a rockin' Sabbat in Bethpage. There’s an Easter Sunday vintage car parade, a new play opening in Farmingdale or head to Westbury for  a comedy show.

1. Easter Dawn Service

Where/When: Jones Beach State Park, 2400 Ocean Pkwy, Wantagh, 516-565-0290, Sunday April 24 @ 6:30 a.m.

Why Go: Observe Easter Sunday service on the beach, presented by the Long Island Council of Churches with the Rev. Marianne Tomecek. Held in parking field 6 east of the East bathhouse. Dress warm, bring beach chair or blanket.

2. Rockin' Sabbat

Where/When: Temple Beth Elohim, 926 Round Swamp Rd, Old Bethpage, 516-694-4544, Friday, April 22 @ 7:30-9 p.m.

Why Go: Be part of a music formatted service, with the works projected on a screen to enable the congregation to sing and dance. Respectful casual dress.

Pricing: Free.

3. Liars and Lovers

Where/When: Arena Players Second Stage, 296 Rt. 109, East Farmingdale, 516-293-0674, Friday April 22 through Sunday May 22, excludes Sunday April 24. Friday and Saturday @ 8:30 p.m., Sunday @ 3 p.m.

Why Go: See the play  written by Thomas Tafero about two college roommates, who seem to be close friends but find their past history reveal secrets and destroy lives.

Pricing: $20-$25.00.

4.  Easter Sunday Vintage Car Parade

Where/When: Garden City Chamber of Commerce, 230 Seventh st., Garden City, 516-746-7725, Sunday April 24 @ 1 p.m.

Why Go: More than 250 vintage vehicles will participate in the annual Garden City Easter Sunday parade. Vehicles will be on display at 10 a.m. in parking field 9E.  Parade begins on Tenth street and heads South on  Franklin Avenue and West on Seventh. Easter bunny will hand out lollipops after parade.

Pricing: Free for spectators, $12 for participating cars.

5. Kevin Hart

Where/When: NYCB Theater at Westbury, 960 Broadhollow Rd., Westbury, 1-800-745-3000, Friday April 22 @ 8 p.m.

Why Go: See the comedian  and actor Kevin Hart live
