Get Out: Weekend Planner, March 11-13

Here's what's going on this weekend.

The weekend is almost upon us, and we’ve come up with suggestions on how to make it a good one.

A sign that spring is only days away is the 10 day flower and garden show at Hicks in Westbury, and to get you in the St. Patrick’s Day spirit, head over to Huntington to see the 77th annual parade. For something different, there’s a double header of Roller Derby in Old Bethpage,  or perhaps you want to see a concert - there’s one right at the library or one at the Tille’s Center. Whatever you decide to do, remember to put your clock ahead this weekend for that extra hour of daylight.
