The property, which stands on Jackson Avenue near the , is going for $30 per square foot. At 3,500 internal square feet, the price tag is about $105,000 per year in rent. The property has been available for more than a year.

For that price and its prime location at the crossroads of Syosset's major roads, as well as its proximity to the site of the Holiday Lighting Spectacular, why do you think it is still vacant? What do you think should replace the former New England Kitchen & Design Company? Tell us in the comments!
