  • Trouble shooting and resolving user and equipment issues and documentation. 
  • Consulting with other IT departments regarding IP video conferencing, streaming and event delivery projects.
  • Maintaining standards, policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring integration of systems at assigned site(s) and across the health system.
  • Provides technical assistance during complex or high visibility conferences and meetings.
  • Collaborates with clients, as assigned, in the development and evaluation of video services for new projects and renovations of existing sites.
  • Participates in evaluating new video conferencing, collaboration and Unified Communications technology and services.
  • Works with vendors during equipment and system implementations and oversees installation.
