Hey, it's less than $4 million!

Everybody's looking for a deal in today's housing market. In the case of Alicia Keys' Muttontown home, "deal" is a relative term. 

The 15-room mansion with seven bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths can be yours for a cool $3.85 million. 

The house was put up for sale last month, but information on how the process is going is scarce. The publicist for seller CORE wouldn't comment, saying she had to get clearance from the singer's publicist.

And the agent handling the transaction also stayed silent when asked about the advantages and disadvantages of selling a celebrity home. 

According to Huffington Post real estate blogger Ann Brenoff in a recent item, homes generally don't sell for more because famous people lived there.

That said, the rusted basketball goal with the red, white and blue net to the left of the front entrance might be a sticking point.
