Plainview Fairway to Host Holiday Sampling Event
'Hosting the Holiday' takes place Saturday and Sunday and includes wide variety of items for sale.

Fairway Market in Plainview is holding its annual free “Hosting the Holiday” event this weekend where shoppers can sample main courses, side dishes, baked goods and more from the extensive Thanksgiving catering menu.
“Hosting the Holiday” takes place on Saturday and Sunday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. in Plainview as well as Fairway's Westbury store.

Items available for tasting include autumn vegetable puree soup, butternut squash soup, roasted Fairway ABF turkey served with turkey gravy, roasted butternut squash, candied sweet potatoes, sausage stuffing, classic cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and Fairway’s own apple, pumpkin and sweet potato pies.
Customers will receive 10 percent off catering orders placed that day.
