Prevention Educator, Parents for Megan's Law

Parents for Megan's Law and the Crime Victims Center is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the prevention and treatment of sexual abuse and provision of support services to all victims of violent crime.  The educator will travel throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties conducting adult and child sexual abuse/abduction prevention workshops and other agency programs to adults and children. Prevention education programs, safety fairs or programs are scheduled during the day and evenings.

Stage Director, Gilbert and Sullivan Light Opera Company

The Gilbert and Sullivan Light Opera Company of Long Island is looking to hire a Stage Director for their Spring 2013 touring opera, "Ruddigore." Performance dates tbd, but will take place in May and June, 2013, throughout Long Island and possibly New York City. Rehearsals will begin in January, 2-3 nights per week in Nassau and/or Suffolk County. Interviews for the position will be held on Saturday.
