Long Island Village Realty is a family-owned business that has been operating in Syosset for over 17 years.

Long Island Village Realty is located on Jackson Avenue. This real estate agency is owned and operated by Marilyn and Frank Urso. The couple decided to open the business in March of 1994 to provide quality real estate service to the members of the Syosset community.

The business has successfully sold homes all across Long Island but focuses on the Syosset area.

The owners are very dedicated to the agency, having recently attended a conference in Anaheim, California, to learn how to improve their business. They plan to install new technological systems in their offices in 2012.

Long Island Village Realty is very dedicated to helping the community grow and thrive. Frank Urso was the first president of the Syosset Chamber of Commerce, and Marilyn Urso is a 2011 Chamber of Commerce honoree. In the past, the company has taken part in community service activities such as fundraising for Homes for Homecoming Heroes, an organization that aids US war veterans.
