Syosset attorney David Gabor was recently honored with a Directors' Award from the Nassau County Bar Association for his work as chair of the Association Membership Committee.
Gabor just completed his second year as chair of the committee, where he focused on fostering strong relations with the younger lawyers and with the more than 38 professional practice area committees. He is a former Board Director and former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Committee.
He has organized and served as the moderator in many seminars presented to attorneys. In addition, he has served as a faculty member for an American Bar Association program designed to train mediators in employment law and has lectured before various organizations on behalf of the Nassau County Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association.

Gabor has been a partner with Gabor & Gabor in Garden City since 1988, where he has handled a wide variety of employment law matters ranging from the drafting of employment agreements to representing employers and employees in employment discrimination matters.
