What, if anything, should replace Caracalla Restaurant in Syosset?
A favorite Italian restaurant in Syosset was demolished last week.
Caracalla, months after a fire left just a shell of the former eatery, was demolished Jan. 22.

A replacement for the Jericho Turnpike restaurant has not yet been confirmed.
