Long Island Industrial Signs New Lease with Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc.

SYOSSET, N.Y. – (May 5, 2014) – Long Island Industrial, which owns and operates a mixed portfolio of commercial properties across Long Island, today announced that Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. has expanded within the Long Island Industrial portfolio by taking an additional 11,000 square feet of space at 79 Express Street. Keystone, a subsidiary of LKQ Corporation, also currently occupies 30,000 SF at 99 Lafayette Drive in central Syosset, another Long Island Industrial property.

“We are continuing to see high demand for our Long Island properties, as well as a 10-20 percent increase in our rental rates across the board,” said Tommy Tsiolis, Director of Leasing for Long Island Industrial. “With signs that the market is turning around, many tenants are signing new leases and/or renewing their leases early.”

Located just minutes away from the Long Island Expressway, 79 Express Street is a 71,126-square-foot industrial manufacturing building situated on a 4.7-acre property. The multi-tenant property is currently occupied by The Perfume Center of America, which also recently expanded its presence in Long Island.
