1. Thursday will begin sunny and gradually become partly cloudy. Temperatures will hit 43 degrees.

2. The Town of Oyster Bay planning and advisory board meets at 7 p.m. at Oyster Bay Town Hall North.

3. The Syosset Council of PTAs will have a council speaker at their meeting.
