- Thompson Middle School's staff recognition dinner is at 4:45 p.m.

- Syosset High School celebrates the Lunar New Year Thursday with a luncheon.
- Our Lady of Mercy Academy incoming freshman registration is from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-3 p.m.
