The seminar will start at 2 p.m. Carrozza said she hopes participants at the seminar will learn what they need to know about recent estate tax changes.
“The program will also focus on how to manage a loved one’s assets when they are no longer capable, how to protect one’s home and other assets when a loved one needs long-term care, estate planning – what happens when the ‘well’ spouse dies first, as well as how to prevent your children from paying 70 % combined New York State and Federal estate tax," Carrozza said.
