Jan. 23: Middle School Winter Concerts

A rundown of events and reminders for Wednesday in Syosset and Woodbury.

1. Wednesday will be sunny with some clouds and a high of 22 degrees. There will also be some winds, so bundle up.

2. South Woods Middle School and Thompson Middle School hold their seventh grade winter concerts at 7:30 p.m.

3. Syosset High School and Our Lady of Mercy Academy students continue midterms and Regents exams. Check the schedule here.

4. Want a job close to home? Check back with Patch at 10 a.m. for the latest job openings.

5. Head to Syosset Library at 1:30 p.m. for Preschool Playtime (Series 2). Be sure to call ahead as some events require registration.
