3. The 2011 Museum Ball is going down at Oheka Castle tonight from 7 p.m.-12 a.m. The elegant Ball is the museum's major annual fundraiser. Proceeds provide significant support for the museum’s ambitious schedule of exhibitions and educational programs for adults, students and families. Dress to kill.

4. More evidence of a possible link between cellphones and cancer, this time from the World Health Organization. Use speakerphone, everyone will understand.
