Question of the Day: Veterans and Fallen Soldiers

The United States military is still involved in many conflicts throughout the world, despite the official end of the Iraq War. Now, more then ever, active duty personnel need our support during the increasingly turbulent and uncertain geopolitical climate with the hope that fewer lives will be lost as time goes by through efforts of diplomacy. At home, family members and friends wait minute-by-minute with baited breath for news of their loved ones abroad and some have withstood their own sacrifices with the loss of a husband, wife, sister, brother, son or daughter.

Our question for Memorial Day is: Do you have family members or friends that have served in the military? Have you lost someone? If so, how do you remember them?
