Shelter workers say that Garcia came to the shelter as a stray, and that his family never came for him. Garcia loves to play and has good manners. He has been neutered, and is up-to-date with his routine shots.
You can check out Garcia and all the other pets at the shelter on the North Service Road of the LIE, by South Oyster Bay Road in Syosset (150 Miller Pl.)
