Experts Consider Boating Tragedy Prevention

Several observers have speculated that a large wake, the wave caused my a moving boat, may have been the cause of the accident.

A suggested creating a no wake zone in Oyster Bay harbor on July Fourth and other times when area waterways might be overcrowded.
