Syosset Hospital Suffers Power Outage
Service is now back online; generators worked in interim.
Syosset Hospital suffered a one-hour, 20-minute power outage Wednesday morning.
The outage began around 10 a.m., but backup generators kicked in and services were not interrupted in the interim.
An employee with the hospital's engineering department was on the phone with Syosset Patch around 11:20 a.m. when power was restored.
