Another Thanksgiving is almost here, but we can all agree that this Thanksgiving will be bittersweet for many. Neighbors' lives are still bruised from the beating Hurricane Sandy gave Long Island nearly a month ago. Almost everyone knows someone who was affected by Sandy, a fact that has brought together the Long Island community by extending a neighborly hand.
