Sunshine is in the forecast this week for Syosset; expect a rain/snow mix and strong winds Tuesday.

Listed below is the weather forecast for Syosset the week of Feb. 7 - 13, according to the National Weather Service.

  • Expect some rain, mainly after 9 p.m. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible. 

Tuesday

  • There is a chance of rain and snow showers before 11am, then scattered snow showers.
  • It will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 36, and Breezy, with a west wind 7 to 10 mph increasing to between 19 and 22 mph. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
