Asking Jericho native Celebrity Chef Gail Chandler questions about
cooking is guaranteed to elicit answers that will remind you of your favorite
Aunt or grandmother , despite your ethnic background. But If you ask her about
her first name she will tell you  “Chef,”
not Gail. That is because she has been cooking and preparing meals for as long
as she can remember. So when it comes to food, Chef Chandler , who rolled her “On
the Scene Cuisine” food truck into Long Island just a few short years ago , she
is not so coy. She is as extroverted and fun as a person can get and treats
all the people who eat her food like long lost relatives.

Clearly, she has spent time all over the food industry , learning from
the top chefs all over for many, many years . But now SHE is a famous , world
renown ,  celebrity chef in her own right

           Almost every customer
who came up to the truck commented how odd, yet delightful  it was to be able to get “An Italian Eggroll ”
and an “Christmas Stuffed Artichoke” from what one woman referred to as a hot
dog truck, at a supremely reasonable price. “This is a fine 4 four star type restaurant
that happens to be on four wheels,” Chef Gail Chandler said loudly, wearing a blanched
white chef’s hat and equally white jacket with knotted buttons. “We’re here to
put the fabuloso in the food.”  And when a hardworking man (or woman)
saunters up to her Mobile Cuisine Machine and orders , Chef Gail Chandler feels
obligated to plop down enough scrumptious Lasagna to stuff them to the gills
..and then some , despite what her business manager and accountant say. “That
man (every man) deserves La Bella Vita
and I am here to see that he gets it “ , she states emphatically. And it is her
husband Steven , that makes sure all the customers Manga with Gusto!”  Whether it
be with a soda or one of their 
Scrumptious Fruit Smoothies .

           As the breakout star in
world brimming with Celebrity Chefs, Gail Chandler has quickly become a
household name on Long Island . From Queens to Montauk, her customers  and food bloggers rave about benefits of Old
