Hurricane Sandy Rock For Relief

Rock For Relief Benefit Concert

For the past three years, The Peers Reaching Out (PRO) club at Syosset High School has held an annual benefit concert which raised money and toys for various shelters on Long Island and the Toys for Tots program.  When Kevin Allison Jr. came up with the idea of starting this three years ago, PRO and PAL (Peers As Leaders) jumped at the opportunity to help those in need.  The event was originally billed as Rock For Toys, but do to the horrible events of Hurricane Sandy, Kevin Allison Jr. and the club thought it best to rename the event to Rock For Relief.

On Friday November 30th, the club will be hosting the 3rd Annual event at the Syosset High School auditorium.  This years event will highlight three young prominent bands from Long Island, featuring THE RED from Centerport.
