7th Annual Community Wellness Walk on April 28, 2012 to benefit programs & services for the members of The Life Enrichment Center at Oyster Bay ages 50+. Registration begins at 9:00 A.M. followed by a warm-up session with our Zumba instructor. After the 1.5 mile walk, return to the Center for refreshments, a mini-workout with our Strength Training, Tai Chi or Yoga instructors, get a mini-massage or have your blood pressure taken. The winner of the 50/50 raffle drawing will also be drawn...last year's winner won $800! $20 for adults; $10 for children ages 10 and under; includes a tee shirt.
