Go Red Luncheon to Raise Awareness of Cardiovascular Diseases in Women

The American Heart Association’s 10th Annual Go Red For Women Luncheon takes place Wednesday at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.

The goal of the luncheon is to improve women’s awareness about heart disease and stroke, provide Long Island women with resources, information, hope and to teach women to “love their hearts”.

Combining an extensive networking portion, silent auction, elegant lunch and educational program featuring renowned health presenters and moving Long Island female survivor stories, the American Heart Association Go Red For Women Luncheon will be held to focus attention on the number one health threat facing women today – cardiovascular disease – and to urge women to take charge of their cardiovascular health to live longer, stronger lives.
