Help Local Sailing Team Reach Olympics
Team Factor/Wefer raising funds for winter sailing training on GoFundMe.com in preparation for the 2016 Olympic Games.
Jordan Factor and Matthew Wefer of Glen Head have been sailing together since the fall of 2008 and have consistently improved through hard work and dedication to become one of the top teams in the United States.
The duo has setup an online crowdsourcing page through GoFundMe.com where supporters can donate to help fund their training at the US Sailing Center and competition in the 2014 470 North Americans in Coconut Grove, FL, in preparation for the 2014 Sailing World Cup Miami in January.
Their ultimate goal is to qualify for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. With your support, Factor and Wefer could be well on their way to a gold medal.
