This number is also the proper one for residents with special needs. 1-888-684-4274 is the number for LIPA for non life threatening matters. The regular LIPA outages number is 1-800-490-0075.
Of course, for real life threatening emergencies please call 911. Legislator Jacobs' number is 571-6216. Please be safe and realize that this situation is of monumental proportions.
