4. This week is National Poison Prevention and National Animal Poison Prevention Week. According to the ASPCA, human foods, medications and household plants are among the top poisons for pets. Check their list and make your house safe for your human and animal friends.

Saturday is the beginning at 10 a.m. Town officials and neighbors will join together to help repair and replant the dunes, grab a hot chocolate, coffee, clam chowder and doughnuts, and enjoy a day on the beach.
