Mary D. Spania of Syosset died on Dec. 31, 2013 at age 73.
She was the wife of Nicholas, mother of Gina (Andrew) and Nancy (Richard), Nana of Samantha, Nicholas, Victoria, Christopher, James and Jonathan.
A funeral mass was held at St. Edward Confessor RC Church in Syosset. Spania was buried at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale.
