FREE BREAST CANCER SUPPORT GROUP for Women 40’s and Younger- Young Survival Coalition F2F Long Island at Women’s Therapy Center in Plainview, NY

Please join us for this free support and networking group and pass this information along to family and friends.  This group is for women diagnosed with breast cancer in their 40’s and younger. Whether you are newly diagnosed, still in treatment, ongoing treatment or a few years out, this group is for you.  Our group is a safe, warm and confidential space where you will meet and connect with other young women who have faced breast cancer.


Facilitated by Jennifer Kolton, LCSW a Cancer Specialist at the Women’s Therapy Center in Plainview, the group will focus on issues and concerns such as: treatment side effects, sexuality and body image, nutrition and stress management, fears of recurrence, dating and intimacy, how to talk to loved ones and children about cancer, and many more topics.  In addition, we will have guest speakers, education workshops, social events and more.


Jennifer has been counseling women with breast and female cancers since 2009 and is the Cancer Specialist at the Women’s Therapy Center in Plainview.  Jennifer also provides individual counseling and navigation services.
