School tax for seniors

When are we going to not have to pay such high school Tax we raised our family's here and have been paying all these HIGH TAX.they tell us the Star program is our discounts,what u give us u take it right back by RAISING our school Tax and we are told O we have nothing to do with SCHOOL TAX. ?
