What's the name?

I drove past the former Black Wolf restaurant a few days ago and noticed a new sign on the side wall depecting the silhouette of a John Adams type man.  I can't recall the name but it said on the front, it is a Pub!  Terrific!  Can't wait to get inside.  When is it scheduled to open?  Does Patch know anything about it?  Why no mention???
