A two-car collision closed the westbound Long Island Expressway just east of North Broadway for close to an hour this morning.
A GMC Yukon was engulfed in flames after it collided with a truck at 7:55 a.m., according to the Syosset Fire Department.
Both Jericho and Syosset Fire Departments arrived on scene. No injuries were reported.
