Cops: 70 Cases of Beer Stolen from Distributor

Incidents recently reported in the Nassau County Police Department second precinct.

Seventy cases of beer were recently stolen from a beverage distributor in Hicksville, say Nassau Police.

Thirty cases of Heineken, thirty cases of Corona, and ten cases of Guinness were all reported missing from Hicksville Beer and Soda on Oct. 21. 

The following incidents were also recently reported by police in the second precinct:

  • A purse was stolen from a car parked in the parking lot of a CVS in Plainview on Oct. 16
  • A mattress was stolen from Sleepy's HQ in Hicksville sometime between January and October
  • Assorted tools were stolen from Home Depot in Jericho on Oct. 18
  • A laptop computer was stolen from a room at the Four Points Sheraton in Plainview on Oct. 20
  • A tool box was stolen from Newtown Road in Plainview on Oct. 12
  • An iPhone was stolen from a car in the parking lot of Marshall's in Syosset on Oct. 16
  • The windshield of a car was broken on Manor Street in Plainview on Oct. 20
  • Six iPhones and two iPads were stolen from United Telecom USA in Syosset on Oct. 18
  • Cigarettes and lotto tickets were stolen from a BP Gas Station in Jericho on Oct. 20
  • A master bedroom was ransacked on Sherman Drive in Syosset on Oct. 19
