Cops: Teens Burglarize Dairy Barn

Teens take beer, food, tobacco products from Syosset convenience store, said police.

Four teens face burglary charges after they stole several items from the Syosset Dairy Barn, cops said.

Nassau County Police reported that Angelo Hutter, 16, of Syosset, Solomon Park, 16, of Jericho, Andrew Hong, 16, of Jericho, and an unidentified 15-year-old from Woodbury were arrested for burglary Tuesday night.

According to police, the four teens broke down the plexi-glass door and entered the store. After taking an undetermined amount of beer, food, and tobacco items, the four consumed the products at Woodland Avenue Park, said police. The teens returned to Dairy Barn a second time, took more proceeds, and left, said cops.

Responding officers arrived at the scene and arrested Hutter and the unnamed 15-year-old at Woodland Avenue Park, said police. Canine units later found Park on Woodland Avenue and Hong was arrested at his home, reported police.

The four were charged with third degree burglary. Hutter, Park, and Hong were arraigned Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead. The juvenile was issued an appearance ticket for Nov. 13 at First District Court.
