Arrested East Meadow man found in possession of weapons and ammunition, Farmingdale man arrested and charged for vandalism, and other crimes from neighboring towns.

East Meadow

An East Meadow man, who was arrested for a domestic incident on March 9, was subsequently found to be in possession of an arsenal of weapons.

New York State Police said they found 14 guns, two grenade launchers and large amounts of ammunition in the home of Michael Anderson.

Massapequa

A Farmingdale man has been arrested and charged with vandalizing numerous vehicles in Massapequa back in February, Nassau County Police said on Tuesday.

According to Seventh Squad detectives, 19-year-old Tyler Jensen, of Farmingdale, broke windows and mirrors on at least 20 vehicles in the Massapequa Park area, specifically in the vicinity of Lakeshore Boulevard. Authorities received the first report at around 4 a.m. on Feb. 19 and reports of vandalism continued into the afternoon.

Huntington

Conrad Chang from Syosset was arrested in Huntington for criminal possession of marijuana.

Michael Shean from Syosset was arrested in Huntington for criminal possession of marijuana, fifth degree.

Kyle Guarini from Oyster bay was arrested in Huntington for hassamnet, second degree.

Commack

Suffolk County police arrested several employees at three convenience stores Friday night for allegedly selling alcohol to underage customers.  Employees at the Quick Stop mini-mart in Commack, were arrested along with workers from the Northport Metro Mart in Northport, and Food Star in East Northport, police said.

Central Islip

The FBI dismantled a major heroin distribution ring last week that stretched from Brooklyn to the south shore of Suffolk County, resulting in several local arrests. The bust, a joint effort between the FBI, the Nassau County police and the Suffolk County police, broke up "The Perez Organization," a network of dealers and distributors.

Levittown

Nassau County police arrested a second suspect who they allege is connected to four area burglaries from December.

The 16-year-old youthful offender, who is from Levittown, is being charged with four counts of second-degree burglary. The charges are connected to the arrest of Giovanni Colantuono, 20, who was arrested earlier for an alleged connection to the four burglaries. He was charged with four counts of second-degree burglary and criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree.
