Firefighters Free Trapped Driver after Single-Car Accident

The driver lost control and was trapped in their car after crashing into several trees off the parkway.

A driver lost control of their Ford Explorer, crashed into several trees and was heavily pinned in the vehicle just off the Northern State Parkway by exit 38 in Syosset early Saturday morning. 

Multiple Hurst tools and Cutters were put into operation to extricate the entrapped driver who was taken to NUMC by Police Ambulance, where their condition is currently unknown. 

were accompanied by the Jericho Fire Department, New York State and Nassau County Police and police emergency service units.
