Head-on Collision Hospitalizes Two

The crash on Woodbury Road send both drivers to the hospital.

A head-on collision on Woodbury Road and Piquets Lane in Syosset around 12 p.m. Thursday sent both drivers to the hospital with serious injuries.

Syosset firefighters responded to the accident and secured both vehicles, applying speedy dry to large fluid spills in the roadway.

Both drivers were injured and transported to local hospitals by the fire department and NCPD Ambulances. Their condition and the cause of the accident is currently unknown.
