Man Accused of Dangerous High Speed Driving Goes to Court

Man clocked at 110 MPH on LIE while weaving between lanes without signaling, police said.

A Wyandanch man in June will head to court Thursday.

Jason A. Dyer, 23 of Wyandanch, was pulled over near exit 48 on the LIE at about 7 a.m. one Sunday morning, said police. Police stopped Dyer after clicking him at speeds of 110 miles per hour, as well as they reported. Officers reported that during the stop, they found Dyer was driving under a suspended license and was arrested without incident.

Dyer was charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving, aggravated unlicensed operation as well as multiple vehicle and traffic law violations.
